Hi everyone! My name is Allison Wagner and I am a senior at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I’m so excited to share my senior Capstone film that I will be producing, and I’d be so grateful for your support in helping bring it to life. The film tells the story of an Indian housewife living in a quiet American suburb who begins to embody the fierce Hindu Goddess Kali after years of abuse and suppressed rage. My director, Kashish Tanwani, is creating this project as a tribute to her heritage and her journey as a filmmaker, and it’s an honor to help tell such a powerful story with her. Every donation—big or small—will go directly toward making this film possible, from feeding our crew to renting filming spaces and creating the props and set pieces that will make the story shine. As a thank-you, everyone who donates will be credited in the final film, so you’ll forever be part of the team that made this happen. Your support truly means the world to us and helps us share a story of strength, culture, and transformation with others.
Filming will begin the first weekend in February!
