Allan Phillips, lovingly known as 'Old Man' to friends and 'GP' to our kids, is my father-in-law and a cherished part of our family. There’s never a dull moment with Allan—he brings laughter and warmth to every gathering, and just celebrated his 70th birthday on February 3rd. Our relationship with him is filled with joy, and he’s always been there for us in times of need.

Yesterday, around 2:30pm, Allan was leaving the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, PA when he was involved in a hit and run accident while crossing the street. He suffered serious injuries including a broken leg, fractured hip, and broken ribs. He is currently hospitalized and facing significant medical treatment and recovery time. The road ahead will be challenging, and Allan will need extensive care and support as he recovers from these injuries.

We are raising funds to help cover Allan’s medical bills, home bills, rehabilitation, and the cost of installing a ramp to help him get in and out of the house.
