Support Aliza Clayton: Cooking in Paris!!!

My name is Calvin Clayton, Jr. and my lovely daughter, Aliza Clayton, was accepted to participate in the Berridge Programs: Cooking and Culture Program this summer. This program is a three-week immersive experience where she will travel to France and learn culinary skills and techniques from various chefs, including Michelin Star chefs. As many know, French cuisine is famous and includes dishes such as quiche, macarons, and croissants. Y'all uppity, high-class people know about coq au vin, crepes, charcuterie boards, and foie gras.

Aliza has always had a knack for cooking and been interested in baking. She was one of the leading members of her team in the Battle of the Brigades, where students from different schools competed in a commercial kitchen. She developed many of the dishes the team used for the competition. I am asking for your assistance to help her attend this experience. Doing something like this at this age will help not only her skillset but also open her eyes to other cultures first-hand and make her more well-rounded as she enters adulthood.

We just received the acceptance letter on April 2 and we have to pay by April 22. So, it is a very quick turn-around. The price breakdown is as follows:

Misc items they will spring on us - $500
