Support Alivia's Volunteer Journey to Ubud, Bali

Greetings, Family and Friends,

As many of you know, my name is Alivia Gillespie. I am a Senior at Florida Atlantic University, studying Health Administration. Since starting BioMed in high school, I have been interested in healthcare and science.

I have always had a passion for volunteering and putting effort into helping our communities. I am privileged to attend a two-week Health Education Volunteer trip in a local Community in Ubud, Bali, in May 2024. During this trip, I will promote better well-being among young people, teaching basic hygiene and health skills in local schools. Teaching these essential skills will make a meaningful difference to children in vulnerable communities who may not have access to this crucial information.

The impact this volunteer trip will have on me will be profound and open my mind to new cultures and experiences.
