I wanted to share some difficult news about our colleague and fellow Sales Associate, Alissa Williams. Alissa and her husband, Chris, are facing an incredibly challenging time right now. Chris has recently been diagnosed with glioblastoma — an aggressive and currently incurable form of brain cancer. Doctors have discovered three fast-growing tumors in his brain.

This journey began just a few weeks ago when Chris experienced a seizure-like episode at work. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, and since then, he has undergone a series of tests and hospital visits to determine the cause of his symptoms. Tragically, the tumors continue to trigger seizures, making it unsafe for Chris to be left alone.

As a result, both Chris and Alissa are unable to work at this time. Chris is beginning daily treatments in an effort to manage the tumors and reduce the severity of his seizures. Understandably, Alissa has been by his side throughout, focusing on his care and their family.
