Alisa is a loving mom, wife, sister, friend, pet sitter, volunteer, and so much more. In March, after experiencing some gastro discomfort, she went in for more testing and was sadly diagnosed with Gastric Carcinoma (a type of cancer located in the stomach area).

Alisa is working with several doctors at the Cancer Institute, with possibilities ranging from surgical and chemotherapy intervention, and implementing new techniques within her life to be ready to fight and beat this challenge head-on.

Alisa has always been the type of person and friend that if you need her, she always provides and sees it through. She is one of the most caring individuals and is one of the most trustworthy people that most of us have ever had the pleasure to know. She has devoted countless volunteer hours to her sons' schools and has always lent a helping hand whenever she could. All who meet her say she is a pleasure to share a conversation with and has a heart of gold.

With any new obstacle comes financial burden to some degree, and we wish to help Alisa and her family during this time as she has always shown up for us over the years.
