Support Ali's Long Road to Recovery
Donation protected
My sister, Ali, has suffered a life-altering injury last night with a simple fall in her driveway. She was transferred to UPMC Presbyterian, where they discovered she had collapsed veins in her knee, completely tore every tendon and ligament in her knee, and has damage to her actual knee. She is currently in surgery to repair or bypass her veins and put on a straight cast. She will have to learn how to walk all over again and has multiple surgeries to come.
We know that she has a VERY long road to recovery. She is very stressed about her situation and losing income with JUST switching careers. We would like to ask for help for her financially. On top of the obvious medical bills from multiple surgeries, the hospital and assisted living stay, the normal life bills won’t stop either. She’s such a hard worker, and in between PT and additional surgery and recovery, she was already talking about looking for a home-based job.
All thoughts and prayers are appreciated in her time of need, and I will post updates as soon as I have them.
