Help Ali, a 6-year-old Moroccan boy living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy
Ali is a sweet 6-year-old Moroccan boy living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a genetic illness that causes the muscles to get weaker over time. For Ali, this means that things many children do without thinking: walking, playing, moving around at school, keeping up with other kids.
At his age, he should be focused on learning, laughing, playing, and simply enjoying being a child. Instead, everyday life already comes with challenges that affect not only his body, but also his confidence, his independence, and his emotional well-being.
We are creating this fundraiser to support Ali and his mother, who is caring for him every day.
The goal is not just to buy one piece of equipment. It is to truly support Ali in the different ways he needs help right now.
Part of the funds will go toward an electric wheelchair that would help Ali move around more easily and more independently, especially when going to school. Having that kind of mobility would make a real difference in his daily life. It would help him save energy, feel more free, and take part in life with more comfort and dignity.
It is also to help with his medical expenses, the care he needs, and the emotional and psychological support that can make such a difference for a child living with a condition like this. It is also a way to support his mother, who carries so much as she looks after him and fights for his well-being every single day.
Ali deserves support, care, and the chance to move through life with a little more ease, joy, and independence.
If you are able to give, any donation will truly help. And if you cannot donate, sharing Ali’s story would also mean a lot.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting Ali and his family.
