Help Alirio Win the Battle Against Cancer
Hi, my name is Carolina Adames, and today I want to tell you the story of my uncle, Alirio Antonio Escalona, a 61-year-old man who has always been synonymous with struggle, hard work, and love for his family.
Recently, Alirio was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer, an aggressive and complicated form of cancer in the upper throat. According to the medical report issued on June 10, 2025, by Dr. Ramón J. Cañizalez, a radiation oncologist in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, Alirio urgently requires external radiation therapy for 7 consecutive weeks. This treatment includes advanced technology (linear accelerator with 3D planning).
The treatment involves a daily dose of radiation that should reach up to $7,000, applied to very delicate areas such as the nasal region and lymph nodes. It's a race against time.
As a family, we are doing everything possible to cover the costs, but unfortunately, the economic situation in Venezuela is overwhelming us. That's why we are turning to you, to the solidarity of kind-hearted people, to help us pay for the treatment and medical care that Alirio urgently needs.
Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to the hope of seeing him recover, sharing more years with us, his family, and friends, where he has always been an example of nobility and dedication.
Help us give my dad another chance. Share this campaign, donate if you can, and keep Alirio in your prayers. We are infinitely grateful❤️
With faith and hope,
Carolina Adames.
