Support Alirio Ramos' Funeral Expenses

This fundraiser is for my uncle, Alirio Ramos, who was diagnosed with an aggressive pancreatic cancer that had already spread to his nearby organs in August of 2024. He was admitted to the hospital last month due to complications that came as side effects from his chemo treatments. The doctors have stopped his chemo treatments as it was no longer effective; therefore, the plans for radiation were canceled because his body is too weak. As of right now, my uncle is nearing the end of his life and he has been given a few days left. But my uncle put up the strongest fight and he never gave up even when he was emotionally and physically exhausted from his cancer treatments. Alirio Ramos was the glue to our family; he helped raise me and some of my cousins (his grandchildren), and he was the most hardworking and passionate person. He’s always been brave. He was a soldier in his country and he carried that bravery and courage throughout his whole life and up until the very end. He is now in hospice care to make sure he is comfortable these next couple of days, surrounded by so much family.

We are raising money to help cover the cost for all of his funeral expenses as the cemeteries have given us an estimate of $26k.
