I'm starting this GoFundMe account to help my 95-year-old grandma, Alifonsa, raise funds to lay her oldest son to rest, who was unfortunately found unresponsive on Tuesday, May 20, at age 76. My uncle was born blind and was never able to work, so unfortunately, he never had an income. My grandma cared for him his entire life and supported both of them on her $600 a month Social Security income. He was her fuel to keep going and refused to give up for him, despite her health issues. It breaks my heart to see her devastated and having to go through something like this at her age. She is a true example of a mother's love and what mothers do for the love of their kids regardless of their age. I ask that you find it in your heart to contribute whatever you can without taking from your family to alleviate some of the burden from this sweet old lady so she can grieve her firstborn child's death without having to worry about funeral expenses.
