My name is Shannon Seney and my best friend Alicyn is the kind of person who shows up for everyone—no questions asked. If someone is hurting, she’s there. If someone needs help, she gives it.

Recently, a massive tree crashed into Alicyn’s home on Long Island, causing severe damage and turning their lives upside down in an instant.

Alicyn, her sister Grace, her young son Logan, along with several beloved fur babies, are now facing the stress and uncertainty that comes with such a sudden and overwhelming situation.
