My name is Dakota, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my beloved wife, Aliciana, who has been my partner and best friend for 11 years. Recently, our world was turned upside down when Aliciana was diagnosed with kidney cancer. This devastating news comes after an already challenging two years, during which we lost her dear grandfather and, most recently, her beloved mother.

As we face this battle, we’re struggling to keep up with everyday bills and, heartbreakingly, we currently have no health insurance. The mounting medical costs for doctor visits, tests, and the hope of scheduling surgery on her late mother’s birthday, November 17th, feel overwhelming.
