Those that know Alicia and Joe, know they are a power couple. Best friends, high school sweethearts! They fought so hard to get where they are now and to have this beautiful family. Unfortunately this past week their world has been turned upside down when Joe was admitted into the hospital. As many of you know, Joe runs his own business, and works very hard so Alicia can stay home with their 2 beautiful blessings.

I will share with you what Alicia shared on social media…

The little run down is. Joe had some numbness in his foot for about 6 weeks. Went to the dr. They sent him for an ultrasound. By then it traveled up his leg. The numbness. That was Monday. They found no blood clots.

By Tuesday morning he had some vertigo. We thought it was because the numb leg was throwing his balance off. He had just worked all weekend and was tired and took some medicine for the vertigo. He slept most of the day away.

By the evening he deteriorated so much that his mom took him to the er so I could stay with the kids.

Well after some tests they found a good ball size mass on the left side of his brain. We are now on day 2 of no plan yet. He’s in a lot of pain. So just pain meds it’s been.

We were supposed to hear from a team of drs today about the game plan. Well they just took him for another MRI. No one can tell me anything except the doctors want another one. Please please continue to pray for him and our family. Please message me privately or text me if you want to talk to me. Please be patient. This has been so overwhelming, scary and emotional.
