Hello friends and family and music people! I have never ever done anything like this before and I do feel a little bit silly, but ultimately I want to do this so I can create the best art that I can! Please only contribute if you have the means. Contribute to what exactly? Good question! It’s the recording of two songs of mine! (Maybe 3 but let's not get crazy!) I haven’t recorded in a proper studio for several years so this is very exciting for me. The cost of two days is 1400$ and the mixing/mastering cost is around 350$ per track.

Ultimately there are more important things to donate/give your money to. So I encourage people to seriously take that into consideration before contributing to my project.

I am proud and happy to (finally) make a living from music - however as you may expect it doesn’t pay amazingly. It has been five years since I’ve officially released music - in that time I’ve written over 60 songs, played countless shows, and posted many videos. I’ve been struggling to get my songs to the quality I would like by recording/mixing/mastering myself. While I am proud of the progress I’ve made in that department, my skills aren’t quite what I would want for the songs to be releasable. That's why I am super excited at the prospect of recording in a studio with good equipment and good people.

Even if you can’t contribute, I am so happy if you took the time to read through this. Anyone who knows me even a little bit knows that music is my whole life. It holds me together and keeps me excited for the future.

I also am going to be throwing a release show for this “double single” when it’s out, everyone is invited! There will be merch, it will be fun.
