Dear friends,

I never thought I would have to ask for help like this, but life has taken an unexpected turn. I was diagnosed with cancer, went through major surgery and chemotherapy, and recently had another operation because of complications.

After believing I was cancer free, I have now been told that the cancer has returned. I am currently recovering in hospital and waiting for biopsy results.

Recovery will take time and at the moment I am struggling to manage everything on my own. I truly hoped to return to work by now, but unfortunately that is not possible at the moment.
