It is with utter shock we share the devastating news that our beloved Brother Ali Akbor passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021, from a sudden cardiac arrest. He left behind his wife and three kids. Zannatul, 18, Shabib, 12, and Nehan, 7 years old. Ali was a warmhearted father and a passionate member of our community.
He was also an integral Muslim ambassador for Henrico County Public Schools, helping recognize Eid-al-Adha and Eid-al-Fitr as student holidays. He would always be at the forefront of any community activity with a cheerful smile. This loss truly shattered us. Just as he profoundly served our community, we feel it is our responsibility to show support for Ali’s family in these tragic times. With all the emotional anguish and stress that death brings, it also bears financial burdens.
Please partner with us to draw funds for the Akbor family’s education, well-being, and financial obligations as they navigate this tribulation and life without Ali.
Thank you for your love and support for Ali’s family!
