In July 2026, Alfredo Lolani will stand before the Utah Board of Pardons for the chance to come home. We are raising funds to hire attorney Liz Hunt, whose expertise and dedication could make all the difference in that hearing. While incarcerated, he became the founder of SOLID (Successful Offenders Learning Individual Development), a program at the Utah State Prison that equips incarcerated individuals with self-awareness, accountability, and leadership skills. Through SOLID, Alfredo has mentored countless others, walking with them through the difficult process of change.

A Life of Service Behind the Walls

His commitment didn’t stop there. Alfredo became a Certified Peer Support Specialist, using his training and lived experience to help others overcome personal challenges and build resilience.

He also serves on the Juvenile Justice Committee, speaking directly to youth across Utah. In those conversations, he shares his story honestly — the mistakes, the lessons, and the hope — inspiring young people to choose a better path.
