My name is Alfonce Muli and I resided at 639 East 18th Street, Apartment 420, with my cat, Gas. Last weekend, my apartment burned and now we have to move. I'm staying at the Red Cross shelter at the moment, but I don't know where I will go from here. That is why I am fundraising. I need to find another place and replace everything.
My cat had to stay behind and he breathed in a lot of smoke, but he survived.
The building is going to be condemned and no one will be able to reside there, so Gas and I have to find a new place. All of my clothes and furniture were destroyed by smoke and water.
