For the past 3 years, my sister, Aleyssa Ruiz Santana, has been courageously battling breast cancer. She has shown incredible strength throughout this journey, but the financial burden of her treatment has taken a heavy toll on our family.

She urgently needs two injections that must be administered within the next 20 days, in addition to ongoing chemotherapy and other essential medications. Each week, she also has to pay for transportation to Santo Domingo, where she receives care at the Cancer Institute. These weekly taxi trips, along with the costs of pain medications, treatments, and upcoming injections, have become overwhelming for us to manage alone.
