Support Alexxia's Recovery

Our dear friend and esteemed turtle rehabber, Alexxia Bell, chief clinician at the Turtle Rescue League, needs our help while she is recovering from a medical crisis.

Alexxia is a self-employed businesswoman who runs a highly successful appliance repair company. She also generously donates much of her time and income to help with the costs associated with running the rescue.

Sadly, Alexxia is experiencing a health crisis and is struggling to continue to work at her appliance repair business, and to continue her chief clinician responsibilities at the rescue all in order to pay her mortgage and other bills.

Alexxia needs our help in order to have the opportunity to rest and recover so that she can regain her strength and vitality, so that she can continue to do her generous work, and most importantly, so that she can step back into her sense of self - the bold, beautiful, spirited Alexxia that we all know and love.

Alexxia is an extremely hard worker and it is really difficult for her to take a step back from her daily responsibilities, but it is exactly what she needs to do in order to recover.
