On Thursday October 30th, 2025 a member of our Adidas Family and our Store Manager at our Destin, FL location Alex Wadkins’ apartment building had a significant fire.

The fire totally destroyed and burned Alex’s home to the ground among many others and impacted a total of 36 apartments.

Thankfully Alex managed to get out safely and was not harmed physically. However, he now has the challenge of rebuilding as his entire apartment was a total loss including the whole building. The building had now been condemned and was/is a total loss. Alex lost the entirety of his home and all of his belongings in the fire.

I am starting this Go Fund Me on his behalf to help him in his time of great need. I am hopeful we can send some funds to support Alex so he can get some gift cards for food and other necessities as he goes through this very difficult time.
