My name is Alex Sindler. I am a student at Silver Creek High School in Longmont, Colorado. I aspire to march in drum corps and have received a contract for The Battalion Drum and Bugle Corps, which is a group based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Drum corps are elite marching ensembles that perform with brass, percussion, and color guard. They are extremely competitive groups with performances judged on music, visual skills, and overall effect. Corps rehearse intensely during the summer, showcasing precision and creativity traveling all over the country.
