My name is Alex Rios, I am a musician from Texas. Throughout the course of my life I have been inspired by the amazing performances the musical world has to offer and out of everything I have seen in the world, Drum corps has inspired me the most.

I quickly became a fan of drum corps when I was in high school and I was given the opportunity to participate the summer of 2024. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget.

Now, I will continue my drum corps journey this summer with The Battalion drum and bugle corps and I am so excited!

As a member of The Battalion, I will train and perform over 400 hours on a national tour that will last 2 months and cover nearly 10,000 miles!.We will compete with other corps at events in Utah, Washington, Oregon, Missouri, Ohio, New York, Michigan, and West Virginia; culminating in Indianapolis, IN for the Drum Corps International World Championships Aug 3-8, 2026.

I am looking for donations toward the $5,000 tuition. Your contributions will be directly supporting my journey as a young performer and providing me with the experience of a lifetime.
