Alexis is my wife and I am also her caregiver. Throughout her life, Alexis has always put others first, showing kindness and selflessness to everyone around her. Now, she is the one who needs help as she faces some of the most difficult challenges of her life.

Recently, Alexis has battled several types of cancer, including Mesothelioma, thyroid, and vocal cord cancer. She spent time in a skilled nursing facility, but her health insurance will no longer cover her stay. As she returns to her apartment, Alexis still needs ongoing dialysis and is preparing for heart surgery. With her unable to work, the expenses have quickly piled up—doctor appointments, medications, and enrollment into a lymphoma clinic are just a few of the upcoming costs.

We are seeking support to help cover transportation to medical appointments, medical equipment and supplies, and medications that are no longer covered by insurance.
