Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister, Alexis. If you know Alexis, you know how incredibly strong, resilient, and caring she is. She is the heart of her family, a devoted mom to Paislee, Lacey, and Bryson, and a loving wife to David. Right now, she and her family are facing an unexpected and heavy battle, and they need our support more than ever.

Alexis underwent a double mastectomy on September 1, with the hope and expectation that the surgery would mark the end of her cancer journey. We were all holding onto the belief that the worst was finally behind her.

Unfortunately, her post-surgery pathology report brought news no one was prepared for. The results came back as RCB-III, indicating that a significant amount of residual invasive cancer remains. After everything her body has already endured, she now has to undergo chemotherapy once again. She still has to complete radiation, hysterectomy for a recently discovered tumor, and reconstruction. She has many months of doctor appointments to come.

Hearing this news after fighting so hard has been devastating. On top of the physical and emotional toll, the financial strain of ongoing treatments, doctor visits, lost work, and everyday family expenses is mounting quickly.

We want Alexis to focus entirely on her health, her healing, and being there for her kids without the overwhelming weight of financial stress. Every single donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping Alexis and David. They have fallen significantly behind on their bills. This will help cover living expenses & rent during this next phase of treatment.
