I never imagined I would have to face something like this in my life. When I was first diagnosed with stage 4 endometrial cancer three years ago, it was devastating. Since then, staying alive and fighting through each day has been my focus. Some days are incredibly hard, others are average, and on the good days, I feel like I can conquer the world. But the reality is that maintaining my treatments every three weeks, sometimes needing to take longer breaks, and not having a consistent income has made things very difficult. The financial burdens keep piling up, and the loss of my mother in 2023 has left a hole in my support system that’s hard to fill.
I am reaching out for help, especially as the holidays approach. I want to give my family the best Christmas possible and bring some joy to our hearts, instead of worrying about expenses. Your support will help me cover medical bills and daily living costs, and give me a chance to breathe, even if just for a month. My dream is to one day be debt free and start a food truck in memory of my mother, blessing others with sweet treats and a smile, just as she did. Only the almighty knows where my journey will lead, but I am grateful for every bit of support, love, and kindness you can share.
A little goes a long way. Please consider donating or sharing my story. I am blessed to have family and friends who have stood by me, and I thank you all for your prayers, love, and encouragement.
