Our dear friend and sister in Christ, Alexis, has endured more than most of us can imagine. Three years ago, she walked through the heartbreaking loss of her beloved husband to cancer. Even in deep grief, her faith never wavered. She leaned on the Lord, trusted His promises, and continued to serve faithfully within her church community.
Now, Alexis is facing a battle of her own. She is courageously fighting four different types of cancer, some Stage 4. The treatments are exhausting, the appointments are constant, and the physical toll is heavy. Yet through it all, she continues to cling to her faith, offering encouragement to others, praying for others, and reflecting Christ’s love in the way she lives and gives for others.
Recently, Alexis was involved in a serious car accident, and her vehicle was completely totaled. While we are so thankful she wasn't injured, she is now without transportation. Between ongoing cancer treatments, mounting medical expenses, and the sudden loss of her vehicle, the financial burden has become overwhelming.
Funds raised will go toward:
