Hi, my name is Alexis. Here in the next few weeks, I will be having surgery on my left foot and ankle. It is a reconstructive surgery. I will not be able to do anything weight-bearing on my left foot for 8 weeks. My recovery time is going to be 12 weeks total. With that being said, I will be needing help with bills. I have rent, electric, supplies for my home, rides to doctor's appointments, therapy, groceries, and internet that I will need help covering. I also want to be able to get a scooter so I can stick to the non-weight-bearing. I have worked really hard to get where I am at, and I don’t want to lose my home in this process. I have a 4-year-old son I’m trying my hardest for. This is his home too.
