Hello!! We are Alexia Hamilton and Miarphe Lapingcao, two operatic sopranos currently studying vocal performance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. We are thrilled to announce our acceptance into the American Institute of Musical Studies (AIMS) 2026 Summer Program in Graz, Austria! There, we will further our professional development and education as emerging operatic artists. During this six-week program, we will have the opportunity to audition for professionals, perform with the AIMS Festival Orchestra, collaborate with new colleagues, and learn from voice teachers and coaches from around the world.

We are both very grateful to have received a total of $3,000 each in scholarships, but we need a little more help! Through our fundraising efforts, our objective is to raise $12,000 in donations and crowdfunding ($6,000 for each of us) to go towards our tuition. This will not cover incidental or living expenses while in Graz.

As emerging artists in the world of classical music, this experience would give us the tools needed to continue our pursuit towards successful careers. We humbly ask that you consider donating what you can towards our summer education fund.
