Alexa is our cousin and a devoted single mom to her beautiful 1.5-year-old daughter, Bella. I am organizing this fundraiser with Adileni, her other cousin. On Saturday, February 28th, 2026, our family was shaken when Alexa was involved in a brutal stabbing incident in White Oak, MD. The attack left her with severe injuries, and she was told she lost vision in her right eye due to the trauma. Alexa had just started a new job, working hard to provide for Bella, and now faces an uncertain road to recovery.
As Alexa begins her healing journey, she will need ongoing medical treatment and support. The funds raised will help cover her medical expenses, support her as she cares for Bella, and assist with personal bills while she is unable to work. Alexa has always been incredibly resilient, overcoming every challenge life has thrown her way, but this time, she needs our help more than ever.
Those who know Alexa know her strength and the love she pours into being an amazing mom to Bella. It would mean the world to her and our family if we could come together to support her during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the size, or even sharing this fundraiser, will make a difference. We are deeply grateful for your kindness and hope Alexa can recover soon with the help of this caring community.
