Two worlds collide for the first time: Ghost Hunting and Home Renovation!

Alexandre LeMay of Hulu's Emmy Nominated show Living for the dead is onto her next project rebuilding a home for not only the living but for the spirits who inhabit it! This series will highlight diverse voices and perspectives, with a queer-led cast and guests who bring forward a unique take on the Paranormal, Renovation and the complex human experience. Together we will restore a historic early 1900's home that is in dire need of help. Viewers will be able to follow the journey through filmed episodes, regular updates, live social media broadcasts, weekly newsletters, behind-the-scenes content, and more. Additional exclusives like our LIVE Ghostcam and interactive discussions on design choices will be available through Patreon & Discord.

With over 20 years of experience in the paranormal field, Alex grew up in a DIY household where basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills were taught at an early age. They have hands-on experience with carpentry, wood working, drywalling, removing carpets, cabinets and approach every project with the tenacity to learn whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Production costs will account for 80% of the funds raised. We will not be taking any portion of these funds for personal gain. While $65,000 may sound like a lot, it’s only a fraction of the cost of producing a single episode of a mainstream ghost-hunting show. Alex will be handling most of the renovations on this tight budget but as a passion project, they are determined to make it happen. The goal is that, once filmed, monetization through YouTube will help cover ongoing restorations and maybe even a nice meal once in a while. Ghost hunting makes you hungry!
