Hi all, my name is Keira Winingham. I am creating this fundraiser for Alexandra Javor to help her through her battle with cancer of the minor salivary gland (polymorphous adenocarcinoma) in the nasopharynx. (It is a very rare salivary gland tumor, with nasopharyngeal locations accounting for less than 0.5–1% of all cases.)

As Alexandra is unable to work for an extended portion of this year, on top of the 3 surgeries last year and time needed to recover from those, I wanted to create this fundraiser to help ease the financial strain this battle has presented. With Alexandra being a light in this world, always supporting those around her, and such a big a part of our self-employed beauty professional village, I ask for you to share, connect and donate if you can.

A little more info-

First found in 2024, Alexandra underwent 3 surgeries. A reoccurrence in 2025 lead to her 4th surgery in January of 2026 and she is currently undergoing 6 weeks (30 rounds) of radiation to the head and upper palette.

The current issues post surgery and into her radiation are nerve damage to her mouth, lower jaw and tongue on the left side, including slightly slurred speech and facial numbness.
