Support Alex Zaragoza through Cancer Treatment

In true Alex fashion, she did not want a GoFundMe. I had to talk her into it. It’s our turn to show up for everyone’s favorite friend the way she always shows up for us.

On February 27, Alex was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. Barely a week later, her chemotherapy treatment started on March 7. After six rounds of chemo and some time to rest, she will have surgery (a double mastectomy) followed by radiation. This will be emotionally, physically, and financially draining.

It’s hard to know how to support someone during a health journey, especially if you are not close by. Right now we can help by alleviating some financial stress for Alex as she fights cancer.
