With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved Dad has gone home to be with the Lord. He fought with incredible strength until the end and was blessed to reach his 55th birthday. Though we grieve, we trust that he is now with the Lord. We are updating this GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses. Thank you for the prayers, love, and generosity. Our family is asking for prayers and support for our beloved father and husband, Alex Sadovnik, who is facing the fight of his life.

Alex suffered a severe stroke caused by a brain bleed, which required emergency brain surgery. Doctors had to open his skull to relieve the bleeding. Following the surgery, Alex stopped breathing and had to be resuscitated, placing him in critical condition.

Alex is also battling kidney failure and is currently receiving dialysis. The dialysis caused dangerous swelling in his brain, leading to a second major surgery, during which doctors had to temporarily remove a portion of his skull to relieve the pressure.

Alex remains in critical condition and faces a long and uncertain road to recovery.

Alex is the sole provider for our household, and while he is unable to work, our family needs help covering medical bills and essential household living expenses during this time.
