Alex Raymond, BCBA, was terminated on November 25, 2025, for leading a successful unionization campaign with Teamsters 322. Teamsters 322 is the first union to begin collective bargaining with a private ABA clinic, a major feat given that Compass Behavioral Group has gone to great lengths to prevent a unionized workforce. After blocking Alex from participating in this historic bargaining session, Compass Behavioral Group abruptly terminated Alex, who had worked there for three years and received positive performance evaluations. During his three-year tenure at Compass, Alex established long-term trusting relationships with clients and their families. Compass’s decision to abruptly terminate Alex disrupted several young clients’ care and put these kids at risk of serious harm. Compass’s decision to prioritize union busting over the well-being of vulnerable children’s is especially repugnant.
