Support Alex Padilla's Road to Recovery

On July 10th, our friend and community member, 13 year old Alex Padilla was involved in a tragic accident while riding his bike in town. Alex miraculously survived the incident with the aid of some helpful good samaritans, heroic first responders and the exceptional medical staff at Westchester Medical Center.

Alex is a soon to be 8th grader at Felix Festa Middle School where he is known as a great friend and athlete. You can always find him either at the baseball field, on the basketball court or spending time in the neighborhood with his friends.

Alex has undergone multiple surgeries and continues to recover in the ICU. While there will be more surgeries in the near future, family and friends are continuously praying for a speedy recovery.

The Padilla family has been by Alex’s side at the hospital and will remain there until he leaves. Let us, the friends and community members stand with the Padilla family during this tough time.
