Help Alex Nunley on His Road to Recovery

If you know Alex Nunley, you know why we call him the Mayor of Pittsburgh.

Alex is Mr. Personality — friendly, hardworking, and always looking for a way to help others or brighten someone’s day. He’s the kind of person who shows up, checks in, and quietly takes care of the people he loves. His family means everything to him, and he has always been especially devoted to looking out for his nieces and nephews.

Recently, Alex suffered a stroke completely out of the blue. In an instant, his life was turned upside down.

Right now, Alex is unable to drive and is undergoing extensive physical therapy as he works tirelessly to regain his ability to walk and recover full use of his arms and hands. The road ahead will take time, patience, and continued treatment. While we trust that God will guide Alex toward a full recovery, the reality is that he needs help during this interim period.

This fundraiser is to support Alex with:

Living expenses while he focuses on recovery

Medical bills and ongoing therapy

Transportation and daily assistance (including Uber rides)

General support as he rebuilds his independence
