Hi everyone, I’m sharing this with permission from two people I love very much, Alex and Nati. They’ve been quietly carrying something heavy on their hearts, and now they’re stepping forward with so much courage and faith. Alex and Nati are beginning their IVF journey. This hasn’t been an easy road for them. After a lot of appointments, prayers, and hard conversations, the first step will be surgery on March 23 to remove both of Nati's fallopian tubes. It’s a big and deeply emotional decision, but it’s necessary to give them the best possible chance to grow their family. While the physical recovery may only be a few days, the emotional, mental, and financial weight of this journey is much greater. Doctors are hopeful they can begin IVF within 1–2 months after surgery. If you know Alex and Nati, you know how much love they have to give and how strong their faith is. But IVF is not only physically and emotionally demanding, it is also financially overwhelming. Because of that, I want to help lighten their burden in a tangible way. I am starting a GoFundMe to help support them through surgery, IVF treatments, medications, and the many unexpected expenses that come with this process. My hope is that we can surround them not only with prayers and encouragement, but with practical support that allows them to focus fully on healing and on the dream of growing their family. Hola a todos Estoy compartiendo esto con el permiso de dos personas a quienes quiero muchísimo. Han estado cargando algo muy pesado en sus corazones en silencio, y ahora están dando este paso con una valentía y una fe admirables. Están comenzando su proceso de FIV. No ha sido un camino fácil para ellos. Después de muchas citas médicas, oraciones y conversaciones difíciles, el primer paso será una cirugía el 23 de marzo para remover ambas trompas de Falopio. Es una decisión grande y profundamente emocional, pero es necesaria para darles la mejor oportunidad posible de hacer crecer su familia. Aunque la recuperación física será de solo unos días, el peso emocional, mental y financiero de este proceso es mucho mayor. Los médicos tienen la esperanza de que puedan comenzar la FIV dentro de 1–2 meses después de la cirugía. Si los conocen, saben cuánto amor tienen para dar y cuán fuerte es su fe. Pero la FIV no solo es físicamente y emocionalmente demandante, también es financieramente abrumadora. Por eso quiero ayudar a aliviar esa carga de una manera tangible.
