Support Classmates Recovery After Tragic Accident

Donation protected
On the afternoon of January 19th, while returning from a ski trip in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, three of our classmates were involved in a devastating multi-car accident. Their vehicle was struck head-on by an erratic driver and, moments later, hit from behind by a second vehicle.

The driver, Gavin, suffered a severe shoulder injury, and his car was totaled. One passenger, Alex, sustained internal bleeding and was rushed by ambulance to the Ironwood hospital before being airlifted to St. Luke’s in Duluth. After four days of intensive care, Alex has been discharged to continue his recovery at home. Tragically, the third passenger, Drew, did not survive the accident.

Drew will be missed dearly. He was an amazing and supportive friend who was loved by all. He is survived by his parents, Scott and Tammy, and sister Samantha. We are asking for prayers to support Drew’s family.

We are reaching out to ask for your financial support for Gavin and Alex during this unimaginably difficult time. Any contributions will go directly toward their medical bills, replacing the totaled vehicle, covering lost wages, and providing essential mental health services and ongoing care. We are deeply grateful for any help you can provide.
