Support Alex Miller's Fight Against Cancer

Hello family and friends,

My name is Lorisa Miller and my not-so-little brother Alex Miller is known and loved by many in our community and some may know the battles he has already conquered; Ewing Sarcoma in 2017, Leukemia in 2019 and squamous cell carcinoma 2023. Through the chemo treatments, surgeries and bone marrow transplant Alex fought to maintain a positive outlook and with each recovery, rebuild a life after the battle. He now faces a new battle as he was recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma.

Treatment options are still being discussed as certain radiation therapies aren’t available in Colorado. However, Alex has not yet decided whether or not he will be going through with chemo and radiation.

While our family, especially our parents Heather and Scott, have been right by his side, certain things in life require more than any one person can give. As you can imagine, the costs associated with cancer treatment and travel are substantial.

My goal with this is to help alleviate the financial burden and improve Alex’s quality of life to focus on the battle and healing.

Alex is so loved, as a son, a brother, an uncle and a friend.
