Supporting my dearest friend Alex and her beloved family after the sudden loss of her Son the 14th day of May, 2025

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the heartbreaking news that my dearest best friend, Alex Marcano. Who has lost her beloved son,

Nathaniel Rodriguez - Marcano at only 25 years of age.   After battling with sickle cells disease he lost this last one.  His laughter and always willing to bring brightness into anyone’s life was taken way too short. No parent should ever have to endure the pain of losing a child, and in this unimaginable time of grief, we want to surround Alex with love, support, and compassion.

As for Alex, a single Mom to pay these expenses.  I am starting this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden that comes with such a devastating loss-covering memorial expenses, time away from work, and other unforeseen costs that none of are prepared for. More than anything, I want to give Alex and her beloved family space to grieve without the added weight of financial worry.
