On Saturday, October 18th, Alex Jorgenson of Waubay, SD was involved in a serious accident. He was airlifted to Sioux Falls, where he will remain for treatment and recovery.

As a result of the accident, Alex required a partial amputation of his left leg and sustained serious damage to his right leg as well. He faces multiple surgeries ahead, along with a long road of rehabilitation and recovery.

Through all of this, Alex has shown incredible strength and remains in good spirits.

We are reaching out to our community, friends, and family to help support Alex and his family — Adam and Melissa Jorgenson — with unforeseen medical and travel expenses as they navigate this difficult journey.
