Hello everyone,

My name is Alex and yesterday we lost our beloved Marlon Gamero unexpectedly. Marlon was 36 years old and leaves behind his spouse (me), our 3-year-old son Martín, parents Rosario and Jose, and his older brother Ricky. Marlon was the sole provider for our little family; he always took care of business. He was kind, goofy, and just a joy to be around. He loved hard and he always had something smart to say. Marlon was a wonderful dad; Martín was his whole world. Their bond was unmatched, from Timbers games to Blazers games and WWE. Marlon gave our little boy the best 3 years any kid could ask for. My heart is broken; my son will grow up now with only memories.

I am a stay-at-home mom who now has to navigate what’s to come. Martín and I will have to relocate and figure out life without Marlon. We have many, many obstacles ahead. Any donations will be used for funeral expenses and to keep us afloat until I can land a job. Marlon will be missed immensely, but I’m so grateful to have had 9 years together.
