We are unfortunately putting this GoFundMe together for a very special person who lost his family home in the Eaton Fire in Altadena, California. Our friend, Alex Rocha, is a very special single father of 3 young children. Alex is someone who would willingly put himself in harm's way to help others. Alex served his country after 9/11 as a Marine who served multiple tours in OIF2 - Operation Iraqi Freedom. He then continued his heroic work as a private contractor working to assist American troops to restore order in Iraq/Afghanistan. Though this man has suffered immense internal wounds in combat, he is a loving and caring single father of his three young children: Harper, who is 13; Spencer, who is 11; and Senate, who is 9 years old. His children live with him full-time, and he is the sole provider for them. Alex works as a public servant who helps veterans obtain benefits, finds housing for homeless vets, and provides numerous resources to veterans and veteran families in need. Alex also was the main caregiver for his elderly father who just passed away a few months ago. Please help us now help him and his family in their time of need.

Eaton Fire, Altadena: The Rocha family was quickly evacuated during the fast-moving Eaton Fire, and they were only able to grab a few things to take with them. As you can imagine during the stress of being evacuated, one man with three young children, they were only able to grab a few items to take with them. Their house was totally burned down in the fire, and they have lost all their personal belongings. Any donation is greatly appreciated and will go directly to Alex and his three children to help them rebuild their lives.
