Our dear friends Alex and Anthony, both teachers at Cascade High School and two of the most loving people you’ll ever meet, lost their home and all of their belongings in a fire this week. We are grateful they were unharmed and their dogs were safe but sadly nothing was salvageable. It’s going to be a difficult process of rebuilding following this loss and while we can’t replace items of sentimental value, we as their community can help lessen the financial burden of replacing things like clothes, food, and household items. The home that burned - the one they were living in - was to become the residence for Alex’s mother. Alex and Anthony are in the process of building their future home on the property and have lost building materials, all of their tools, and their tractor. They will need financial support to replace these things as they continue building their own home and replace the house for Alex’s mother. Let’s rally around these two kind humans in this extremely tough time. We appreciate your generosity and ask that you share this with others that care for our friends and our community.
