My name is Peter Boltik, and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my friend Aleksandr Tarasyuk and his young family.

Recently, Aleksandr had a terrible accident while working on scaffolding. He fell and suffered serious injuries, breaking both of his arms and fracturing his pelvis, requiring multiple surgeries and a significant amount of time for rehabilitation. Doctors have told him he will be unable to work for at least the next eight months.

Aleksandr’s situation is especially difficult because his wife must stay home to care for him and their newborn baby, who was just born on May 12th. With no income and no local family support, they are facing overwhelming financial pressure from daily living expenses to medical needs.

Aleksandr is new to this country and has no safety net to lean on. That’s why we are reaching out to our community. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping this family with their most urgent needs as Aleksandr recovers.
