Alejandra Peñaloza Ramirez has been our wonderful bartender for many years, always bringing warmth and joy to everyone she meets. She is a young and beautiful person who truly deserves a long and happy life. Recently, Alejandra began experiencing severe headaches, and after a sudden trip to the emergency room, she received the devastating news that she had a brain tumor. The diagnosis was a shock to all of us, and Alejandra had to undergo major surgery to remove the tumor. Now, as she faces a long and uncertain recovery, we are waiting to learn if the tumor is benign or malignant. This has been an incredibly difficult time for Alejandra, both physically and emotionally, as she navigates her health challenges far from her family.

Alejandra will not be able to work for a while as she recovers from surgery and focuses on regaining her strength. The financial strain of medical bills, monthly expenses, and rent is overwhelming, especially since she does not have family nearby to support her. Thankfully, her friends and coworkers have come together to help care for her during this time, but she needs our community’s support more than ever.
