My name is Alec. Yesterday, January 7 2025, my fiance Lena and I lost our home in the Pacific Palisades fire. Our home as well as Lena's mother's home and also her grandmother's home perished in the fire. We had very little time to load a few items into our car before evacuating. Fortunately we were able to get to safety. In a very short time, all of our precious memories, belongings and safe space we called home have been completely destroyed.

The shock and loss has been very devastating and asking for support is humbling beyond words.
