This is Alec and Paige they have been together almost 9 years and had planned to be together for life. Now with their degrees finished they saved and saved so one day they could Marry raise a family. On July 21 2018 their dreams came true . They never made it on their honeymoon. Alec was taken to the ER and diagnosed with a cancerous lesion on his esophagus. Alec with Paige always at his side started Chemo and Radiation he began having horrific headaches nausea and was admitted to U of M Cancer floor. Everything had gone wrong and the cancer has spread rapidly entering his spinal fluid and brain. Alec was diagnosed with Leptomenigeal Carcinoma. As a family we ask what happened? How did we go from a wedding to Stage 2 and now End of Life.The medical costs and treatments have taken their finances home and hope for having a honeymoon or family . We hope with time not on our side to get to Cleveland Clinic or somewhere that treats this rare cancer. Prayers are welcome and your support is needed to try and get another opinion out of state  Our 28 year old son and my beautiful daughter In- law need to have hope and a chance to grow old together.
